Shipping and Delivery Policy – Waterak (waterak.com)

At Waterak, we aim to make ordering simple and fast, so your water arrives on time and in perfect condition.

📍 1. Delivery Areas

We deliver within our service areas in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Al Khobar and Qatif.
We are continuously expanding our coverage to reach more cities and districts.

⏱️ 2. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 24 working hours of order confirmation.
The daily cut-off time for handing orders over to our drivers is 4:00 PM.
During public holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery may take slightly longer. We will notify you in advance if this affects your order.

💰 3. Delivery Charges

Delivery is free to all cities within our service areas on orders over 100 SAR.
Orders under 100 SAR are subject to a delivery fee of 19.83 SAR, including VAT.
If the error is ours (a wrong or damaged item), Waterak covers the full cost of replacement and redelivery at no charge to you.

🚚 4. Carriers and Tracking

Orders are delivered through Waterak's own fleet and a network of trusted shipping partners to ensure speed and accuracy.
Once your order is prepared, you will receive a notification or SMS with your delivery details.

ℹ️ Important Notes

Please make sure your delivery address and mobile number are correct to avoid any delays.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or because no one is available to receive the order, it may be rescheduled or cancelled depending on the situation.
Waterak is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.
