Welcome to Waterak. We aim to make ordering simple and fast, so your water arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Delivery areas
Waterak offers free delivery on all orders within our service areas in Saudi Arabia, including Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah and Dammam. We are continuously expanding our coverage to reach more cities and districts.
Delivery time
- Orders are delivered within 24 working hours of order confirmation.
- During public holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery may take slightly longer. We will notify you in advance if this affects your order.
Delivery charges
- Delivery is completely free within our service areas.
- If the error is ours — a wrong or damaged item — Waterak covers the full cost of replacement and redelivery at no charge to you.
Carriers and tracking
Waterak delivers through its own fleet and a network of trusted shipping partners to keep orders fast and accurate. Once your order is prepared, you will receive a notification or SMS with your delivery details.
Minimum order
A minimum order of 9 cartons applies. You can mix any brands and sizes to reach the minimum — the total across your cart is what counts.
Important notes
- Please make sure your delivery address and mobile number are correct so your order arrives on time.
- If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or because no one is available to receive the order, it may be rescheduled or cancelled depending on the situation.
- Waterak is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.
Fresh produce
Fresh fruit and vegetables are delivered chilled and should be refrigerated on arrival. If a fresh item arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund it in full.
